You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after your purchase. Keycards will start shipping after November 15th, and will arrive at the address you provided in time for the start of the ski season. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your keycard is on its way.

For purchases made after 20.11.2024, the mailing of the new keycards, half-price codes for Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis, and the carnet for free day passes in Disentis will be sent within 10 days after the date of purchase.

You can either reuse your old keycard or request a new one for an additional cost of CHF 5, with free shipping. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’re using your old keycard, it will be automatically reloaded. If you’ve requested a new keycard, it will be shipped to you after November 10th, ensuring it arrives before the ski season begins.

In case of loss, you can contact our customer service at info@ticinopass.ch to request a replacement pass for a fee. The lost pass will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use.
